If you are you encountering an issue with the Microsoft Multi-factor authenticator then please follow the steps below to resolve it.
Login to my.torontomu.ca
Go to Personal Account in the top right box of the page
Under Security → Click on Microsoft Multi-Factor Authentication and follow the steps from there
You may have trouble signing in. I recommend you try various web browsers (such as Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox) OR in Chrome go to the Incognito mode and repeat from Step 1.
Once you have finished setting up the Authenticator, please try going to https://creativecloud.adobe.com/ and log in with your TMU credentials.
